Sandwich bread

– 1cup of warm water(105-110)
– 1cup of milk(105-110)
– 1/2cup of sugar(I used cane sugar; you can also sweeten with maple syrup)
– 1 1/2 tbsp of instant yeast
– 1/4 cup coconut oil
– 1 1/2 tsp salt
– 4 1/2-5 cups of bread flour

Combine sugar, milk, water, and yeast in a bowl and let it sit for about 15 min to activate the yeast.

Once it’s bubbly, add salt, coconut oil, and 1 cup of flour. Whisk together. Then transfer that mixture into your big mixing bowl. Add the rest of the flour 1 cup at a time and mix thoroughly with the dough hook. When the dough begins to come off the side of the bowl, mix for a few minutes longer. Next, shape it into a ball and coat with a little olive oil. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.

Then, remove the dough and knead with your hands for about 3 min. Separate into 2 pieces and form into loaves. Butter your pans really well and place dough inside. Cover with melted butter and let them set while your over heats. Heat the oven to 350.

Once the dough is about an inch above your pan, it’s ready to go in the oven!

Bake for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven and cover the top with butter for a yummy crust! After 5 minutes, remove from pan and let cool. And make sure to let it cool completely before slicing!😘Enjoy!
